From quarry to your port — the YaSeMarble process
At YaSeMarble we believe trust is earned at every stage, not promised at the end. An international buyer commits significant capital to material they often cannot touch before it arrives, and our entire process exists to remove that uncertainty. From the moment a block is selected in the quarry to the day your container reaches port, every step is controlled, inspected and documented — so that what you approve is precisely what you receive.
1 · Quarry — Block Production
Everything begins at the source, because quality missing in the block can never be recovered later. We extract only high-quality blocks from selected Turkish quarries, chosen for colour consistency, structural soundness and the right reserve for your project.
2 · Block Selection & Inspection
Before a single cut is made, each block is selected and inspected by our experienced team for cracks, tonal variation and vein direction. This is where we prevent problems rather than discover them — long before they can reach a slab or your project site.
3 · Factory — Cutting
Selected blocks move to the factory, where advanced multi-wire and bridge saws, operated by skilled technicians, transform them into slabs and cut-to-size pieces. Precision here is the foundation of consistent thickness and material that installs without surprises.
4 · Slab Polishing
Our high-technology polishing lines bring out the true depth of each stone and apply the exact finish you specify — polished, honed, brushed or leather. The goal is uniformity: a surface that reads the same across the entire batch.
5 · Quality Control
Every slab is examined individually for surface quality, dimensional accuracy and finish, and anything below standard is set aside before packing. We would rather reject a slab in our control than have you question one on your site.
6 · Finished Products
Once approved, finished slabs and tiles are prepared in both standard and custom dimensions, ready for selection, photography and packing. At this stage your order takes its final shape and becomes ready for the verification we offer before shipment.
7 · Packing — A-Frame
Large slabs demand serious protection, so we secure them on robust A-frame wooden crates — the proven method for transporting slabs upright, stable and crack-free across long distances. Strong packing is insurance for your investment, not a corner we cut.
8 · Packing — Wooden Crates
Tiles and cut-to-size products are packed in sturdy, fully enclosed wooden crates engineered to protect vulnerable edges and corners through every stage of handling and transit.
9 · Quality Control & Labeling
Every crate leaves our control fully documented — labelled with stone name, size, finish, quantity, crate number and origin, alongside a QR code that makes it traceable from factory to your site. Transparency, for us, is something you can scan and verify.
10 · Container Loading
Loading is planned, not improvised: our team manages weight distribution and bracing with care, so every container is balanced, secure and ready for the demands of long-haul transport.
11 · Container Interior
Inside the container, our A-frame system locks each slab firmly in place, eliminating movement during sea and road transport so material arrives in the same condition in which it left us.
12 · Shipping — Worldwide Delivery
From the Turkish ports of Antalya, İzmir and Mersin, your order ships worldwide, supported by reliable freight partners and complete export documentation managed end to end. Our responsibility continues until your material is on its way to you.
